- Prepare the skin with toner after cleansing.
- Take an amount as much as one pump or a pinky nail and apply it to the face.
- Softly pat and absorb to the skin.

I'm finding this a very so so product, probably because I am used to stronger retinol products. Its not bad but I guess more suited to beginner retinol users. people have mentioned the smell, I don't find it bad, kind of smells like peanut butter to me. I probably won't purchase this again.
I have started using this rather than retinol and I am loving the results
Bukuchiol has a strong smell and there are lots of reviews out there that just use words like "earthy" and "potent" so I wanted to try to really describe it for the scent-sensitive beauties. Firstly, yes, this is definitely both potent and earthy, it's a strong scent that lingers even after the serum absorbs into your skin - I would describe it as a mix between damp woods and charcoal, it's what I imagine peat smoke to smell like. It's a dark rich smell with full-bodied low to medium notes - no high sharp notes. It reminds me of really good pipe tobacco and that spot in the forest where mushrooms are growing on logs after an autumn rain.
Personally, I love it, after testing it on the back of my hand for the first time I just kept sniffing at it lol. But strong scents are derisive and I've often wished I'd had a better idea before purchasing a strongly scented product, so I hope this helps some of you!
Love this serum. Light, smells earthy and makes my skin smooth and float without dryness
Been using for 1month now. Skin feels softer and brighter. Warning - this product does have an earthy smell. If you are sensitive to scent you may not enjoy.
