Shipping and Postage
Your order will be delivered in 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located. While we make our best efforts, we can not guarantee overnight delivery if there are delays with NZ Post. It may also take a little longer for addresses in rural areas. Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel (Signature Required).
We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours, and does not include any time for processing your order. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include a link to your tracking page.
When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays.
We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.
We are partnered with NZ Post to deliver all our parcels. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact NZ Post directly as they can help you best once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
All stock is located in our Auckland warehouse.
All orders are eco-friendly paper wrapped for protection. If you wish to choose a bubble wrapped option for extra protection, you may find this option at checkout.

NZ Signature Required
We no longer charge extra for Signature Required parcels and this is our preferred option to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.
Please be aware that non-signature OR signature required parcels are sent at the buyer's own risk. If you won't be available to receive the parcel, please ensure that your courier is provided with a secure location to leave it.
Unfortunately, neither Hikoco nor NZ Post can offer refunds or replacements for items that have been lost, damaged, or stolen after being delivered to your property. It's crucial to emphasise that you must contact us within 21 days to initiate a claim. After this time period, we and NZ Post will be unable to assist.

Once we have investigated your enquiry and requested a completed claim form for loss of, or damage to, a postal or courier item, you must provide us with all relevant information to enable us to investigate the matter within 6 months AFTER we sent you the claim form.

HIKOCO is currently available in New Zealand and Australia. For international orders to Australia, your order will be delivered in 3-5 business days or more, depending on where you are located. Once again, although we may try our best to have your parcels delivered asap, it might take a little longer for rural addresses.
To track your Australian orders, you will have to use Australian Post tracking system rather than the local NZ tracking. If you have any inquiries about the delivery, please contact Australian Post directly as they can help you best once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Our shipping fees are fixed nationally, except in the case of rural orders. The fees are as follows:

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more (New Zealand), $75 or more (to Australia)! To qualify, you'll need to reach $50 or $75 AFTER all discounts have been applied.

Evening Express Delivery [NZ Post Express Tonight]
Have your item delivered locally within Auckland between 6pm - 9pm on the same day by ordering before 2pm.
If you are ordering on a business day and before the cutoff time, your items will arrive the same day you place your order.
If you place an order after the designated cutoff time, or on a weekend or public holiday, please be aware that your items will be shipped on the next business day and are expected to arrive in the evening. It's important to note that Hikoco will not provide refunds for shipping fees if your order was placed after the agreed cutoff time of 2pm.
*Evening Express Delivery are not available for business addresses, or PO Box/Parcel Collect addresses, as these are typically not open between 6pm to 9pm.
