Don't peel but prep with Mandelic Acid
Mandelic Acid 5% Skin Prep Water is a hydrating and nonirritating exfoliant that can be used daily. Formulated with Mandelic Acid, which can be used without any irritation even on sensitive skin, the Mandelic Acid 5% Skin Prep Water is an exfoliating treatment that improves the skin tone and texture while boosting the effectiveness of other products.
Helps with pigmentation to improve the skin tone and texture. As a mild exfoliator that works on the surface of the skin, safe to use even for sensitive skin to avoid the use of harsh chemical exfoliation. Effective for acne due to its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial properties.
- Before the toner, gently wipe and pat the product on your face using a cotton pad.
- Limit the use of this product depending on your skin type. (For sensitive skin, we recommend 2-3 times a week)
- For morning use, please make sure to apply sun-lotion after using the product.
- We recommend not to use this product with other facial scrubs, AHA/BHA, and Vitamin C products.

Beautiful product. One of my favourites.
Ive never really exfoliated my skin before because I always felt like the product never worked (didn't notice any difference) but after using this for about a month or so, my skin has never looked better! Definitely keeping this as a regular in my routine.
This was my first time trying a chemical exfoliator. This product is extremely gentle. I have not had any negative reactions. I have also used it on my lips to get rid of chapped lips - worked great.
I have had this product for a little over half a year now and have been using it atleast twice a week (give or take) with gaps in between. Just for context, I have combo- more dry skin with facial redness on my cheeks and flush easily. The first couple times of applying the product on the face, there was a tingling sensation for about 30 seconds, but it subsided and there were no signs of red irritated skin. I found this product definitely helped clear small bumps around my nose especially, and is an excellent product for KP (I use mine on my arms). This product didn't dry me out at all which is great. I also felt overtime (possibly with the combination of other products), it also helped brighten my complexion. I also have dry/eczema patches and decided (not promoting this as every skin is different) to use this product to remove the dry flakes, and after the initial tingling sensation, this product didn't irritate my skin at all- not quite sure how effective it was to reducing the dry flakes but I have only used it twice for this purpose so I may need to try it more to see if it works. I would say it is safe to use it 2-3 times a week if someone wants to, but it might be a good idea to start off using it once/twice a week with a couple days apart to see how your skin reacts to it first. I got this product on sale and feel it was definitely worth the money considering it lasts a long while, but the choice is completely personable to one's budget if they are thinking to purchase it for full price. It is my first exfoliant in this watery form, so I am not sure what to compare it to, but I definitely think this is an effective product overall. Unless I find another exfoliant I want to give a try, I would repurchase this.
I enjoy using this as a toner on alternate days. I have found it to be gentle on my sensitive skin. My skin is notably smoother and clearer. Definitely a holy grail in my skin regime.
