An innovative 2-step Korean acne treatment patch that takes it one step further than the traditional pimple patch with its 'microneedle technology'. Each microneedle is about 1/4 the thickness of the human hair, in which dissolving ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and niacinamide are formed into the microstructures. This structure then enters the skin membranes when the patch is put on without damaging the skin. It's designed as a two-step acne treatment made to tackle deep, hard-to-reach hormonal pimples.
Step 1 is a Skin Cleanser Pad that contains salicylic acid and tea tree leaf oil to sanitize and treat the bacteria.
Step 2 is the Trouble Cure Patches that use dissolving microstructures (the microneedles) to deliver powerful ingredients deep into the skin for instant absorption. This method ensures that ingredients are sent to where they are most needed without any waste.

- Remove the white protective film from the Trouble Cure Patch with a dry hand- Be sure not to touch the microstructure in the middle.
- Position the patch on the centre of the targeted area- make sure the area is dry).
- Do not slide your fingers on the patch, instead press down several times to attach it.
- Leave on minimum 2 hours. Use overnight for best results.

Penetrates pimples a bit. But these don’t always work amazing for me for some reason and never really pops them… I have no idea why.
They were extremely hard to peel and use on my pimple, especially next to my nose. And they are packed in two, so it’s hard to keep them separate or remove them separately. It’s made so you use them both at once.
This means I wasted a couple before getting it right but it didn’t really help my pimple situation.
They give you alcohol wipes with salicylic acid and tea tree oil.
But not sure if I would buy these again. They are are not amazing and expensive
Trouble Cure Patch
I was skeptical if these would work but decided to go for it. I used all 6 on a kinda painful pimple I had on my cheek and started using them before it burst. I definitely noticed that, after it healed, the mark lightened a lot faster compared to even older acne marks I had. I just wish they were more affordable!
works very well for pimples under the skin!!
On the pricey side but works well for deep early pimples.
