Wash your feet and dry them thoroughly.
Remove the patch from its packaging. Peel off both paper covers from the back and the white cover from the centre of the patch.
Attach the longer side of the patch horizontally to the sole, then wrap the winged sides securely around the back of the heel.
Leave on for at least 2 hours. For enhanced moisturising care, apply before bedtime and remove in the morning.

We recommend patch testing prior to first-time use. Apply a small amount of product to discreet area of skin and use as directed. Wait 24 hours and observe the area before incorporating into your routine.
