Wet your hair and scalp completely with lukewarm water.
Lather an appropriate amount of shampoo and apply it to your hair and scalp, massaging gently.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

You don’t need conditioner when using this shampoo, cause it feels like there’s conditioner when rinsing. I haven’t notice any difference with my hair fall yet, been using for 3 weeks. Hopefully will help reduce hair loss. I will buy another if I can notice it is effective and write a review about it again. Smell like herb, but not over powering. It still smells fresh and clean.
