Use daily. Pump an appropriate amount and gently apply it, following the direction of your skin texture.

The first days my skin broke out. I tried to use less product and that was better. I am bothered by the essence it is quite strong at the beginning (although it does become subtler later). It is still too early to say but I havenΒ΄t seen any visible improvement in my skin and did see an actual going-backwards (skin becoming irritated in my rosacea patches). I wouldn't recommend it for sensitive or rosacea-prone skin like mine, and I don't think I will buy it again. Great packaging and perfect pump to get the product out nice, and easy, and with the dosis you want.
