How to use
Use the spatula to scoop a moderate amount of balm on to your dried face. The balm will start to melt at this point. Gently massage the product, spreading it to areas you want to cleanse and wash off with warm water.

This is the BEST cleanser I have ever used. This balm literally melts on the skin and removes almost ALL the makeup. Hardly anything comes off on the cotton pad I use with toner after using this product 💕
Decent price, gets makeup off - is fine. But it will probably burn/sting your eyes despite being advertised not to on the website “No eye irritation: No pain when accidentally getting some product in your eyes while cleansing”. The main reason why I purchased this was because the ad assures that it doesn’t irritate eyes, so that’s an outright lie.

I've purchased it now so I have to use it, but needless to say it is disappointing to be misled and waste your precious money.
