NUTRIENT-FILLED, SERUM-LIKE TONER
Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is an ingenious, intensely hydrating formula designed to deliver nutrient-filled moisture to the skin. Water is not present here as 91.3% of this toner is milk vecht root extract, full of skin-beneficial betaine and minerals. With the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, nutrient-boosting properties of the root extract, this gel-type toner quickly absorbs to hydrate and strengthen skin. Always fragrance, dye, and irritant-free.

After cleansing, apply a small amount with the palms of your hands, gently pressing and patting it into the skin for full absorption. Follow with moisturiser. Use morning and evening.

Great value and gentle on screen
Good option for sensitive skin as there are minimal but calming ingredients. Great if you're starting out in skincare.
This toner is so hydrating! During the winter my skin is very hydrated. It feels very calming which is great when I feel like my skin needs a break. I have moved on from this product as I’m looking for something else from a toner. However I think this is a great introductory toner if you want something gentle 10/10
Very good for sensitive skin
I will love this toner forever. I've used it for so many years now I can't imagine how many bottles I've bought. Super layerable (I can do about three/four before it starts to pill), super hydrating, and plays so well with so many products.
The consistency is like slightly thick water, no fragrance, not at all irritating.
