I just bought this eyeliner. I used it only 3 times so far, it seems it's already running dry!! Yes, I shake the eyeliner numerous times to "activate" it... but in vain.
It's disappointing!!!

I find the eyeliner so easy to use! It stays for a long time and waterproof. Highly recommended!
It’s dark, pigmented, and was easy to apply, but at the end of a work day, some parts of the drawn eyeliner curve already came off.
