Step 1. Remove the pink protective cover from the patch.
Step 2. Place the white, collagen-coated side onto damp skin and press gently.
Step 3. Allow the collagen to dissolve and absorb, leaving only the mesh behind.
Step 4. Remove the mesh and lightly pat the area for better absorption.

I was after eye patches and was confused when they were dry. Turns out they needed to be activated by a mist or water. They felt extremely “slimy” and I was more after collagen patch. Might work for someone else.
I did not like these. They were dry.
