I did a decent amount of research online before purchasing this product. Store staff said that this patch has a tapered edge and tea tree oil so I bought it. It works wonderfully. I like how it’s gentle with my pimple and skin. The tea tree oil does get the ‘angry’ redness and swelling down, even if it isn’t a fully formed pimple. However, this patch does work best with white-head pimples. If it’s still a red pimple not “fully developed”, the patch may not get rid of it completely, but it helped me get rid of some of the redness over 2-3 days.
Still works okay with makeup if you don’t put a lot of makeup on (for me it’s just lotion + bb cream and blush). Does make the pimple look less obvious when out and about, and most importantly, protects the pimple and keeps it hygienic.
Highly recommend anyone going for a pimple patch for the first time and not sure which to pick. It’s gentle to sensitive skin and it’s easy application.
