Turn the product clockwise to dispense an appropriate amount. Massage gently in a rolling motion over the skin to dissolve makeup. Gradually add a small amount of water to emulsify, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

This did the job! But it lasted about 8 days and then ran out… completely. I was told my customer care this was normal as it’s only 50ml. Just a heads up that it’s really poor value for money. Won’t repurchase

I like how this product dispenses the balm hygienically. The balm itself is good at removing makeup and eye makeup up products and leaves your skin moisturised. Would buy again
I have sensitive oily skin and this product cleanses my skin very well without stripping, it is unscented and has a great smooth texture, the twist motion keeps it very hygienic and deposits the perfect amount needed to cleanse with one turn of the lid, would reccomend !!
