Take an appropriate amount, spread it on a dry face, and massage gently while adding makeup and waste products, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Found other brands too fragrant. This one is gentle, with no smell, and it's easy on my eyes. Works super well. It's a win for me! I'll be purchasing as my regular cleanser. I also got the water cleanser from this brand for post cleanse and that's great too as is the eye makeup remover
I have sensitive skin, and this is perfect for my needs. Removes my makeup so well, and I can feel that my skin is super clean after using it. I got a wax facial cleanser to pair this with, so I'm stoked that this works well together.

I have very sensitive and dry skin and I absolutely love this Cleansing balm. I actually use this as my main cleanser at night along with Snail Mucin and the 1025 Cream. This helps my skin stay hydrated overnight. It doesn’t sting, you only need a little bit and add a little water while you’re washing your face and it turns into a nice milky face wash. I have been using this Cleansing balm for 3 weeks now and I’ve had no reactions.
