How to use
Tip 1 - After washing your face, pour a generous amount on your palm and gently absorb it along the skin texture.
Tip 2 - Wet cotton pads with No.3 toner and stick them on your face. After leaving them for 3 to 5 mins, take them off and let it absorb. It will make your skin shine and glow.

I have added this into my routine and I think I have noticed more hydration. I use it directly on my skin and don't remove it more like an essence. Has some really great sounding ingredients, I think I will buy again.
Onto my second bottle of this incredible toner. I have sensitive, acne prone, combination skin and this stuff does miracles. Makes all my blackheads disappear when using regularly and definitely reduces my acne and gives me a beautiful glow. 10/10 get yourself some!
