This is a good product overall and I like the concept of the No.5+ Glutathione TXA Advanced Dark Spot Ampoule Concentrate. The texture feels nice and it seems like a well-formulated brightening product.
However, I was a bit shocked by the activation process. I didn’t realise that the powder needed to be pushed into the liquid first to activate the ampoule. Because of that, I think I may have lost about half of the powder when opening or preparing it. I’m not sure how much that affects the product’s efficacy, but it was disappointing because the active powder seems like an important part of the formula.
It would be helpful if the instructions were made clearer or more visible on the packaging, especially for first-time users. Aside from that, I think it is a good product and I would still consider using it again, but the activation step needs to be clearer.
