not enough smooth

I tired that in three times but the results are not really smooth, first time I put that on my brown without any makeup, not easy have color and make my skin red because I need to use harder to draw the color on. Second time I was thinking maybe I didn’t put makeup on last time it should be have some oil products on helps the eyebrows color stick on skin, yes this time the color come out but not smooth so make my eye brown feel not normal sorry I don’t know how to describe it..anyway will not give it up to try more time
