Staying true to the signature oil + water dual-layer formula, this toner hydrates without heaviness. Now with a reduced oil layer and increased water phase, it absorbs even faster - keeping skin fresh, smooth, and shine-free all day.
- After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad or hands and gently pat into the skin until fully absorbed.
- Layer on more of the product to the face for more hydration & glow.
