Formulated with 86% Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate, rice ceramide, and glutathione, it helps brighten the skin tone, reduce the look of dark spots, and smooth uneven texture. These powerful ingredients work together to enhance skin clarity and reinforce the skin barrier for lasting moisture.
Deep Moisture with Skin-Loving Actives
Infused with low-molecular hyaluronic acid, betaine, and vitamin C derivatives, this toner boosts hydration from within while maintaining the skin’s oil-moisture balance. The result is soft, balanced, and visibly luminous skin.
After cleansing, apply daily to the face, neck, and décolletage. Avoid the eye area.

I’ve used about 5 different types of “Milky Toners” and this has truly been one of my least favorites. It does really nothing for my skin and for someone who doesn’t have particularly sensitive skin it seemed to be quite irritating. The formula is very very thin and hard to layer with.
