Rice Extract From Yeoju, S. Korea
This toner is made with Rice Extract effective in whitening and elasticity care. The product forms a protective barrier over the skin to prevent water loss, eliminate dead skin cells and provide luster and moisturization to rebalance dry and tired skin.
How to use
- Before use, shake well to mix the water and emulsion layers.
- After cleansing, dispense on a cotton pad and wipe off or press onto dry areas.

Caution
- We recommend patch testing prior to first-time use. Apply a small amount of product to discreet area of skin and use as directed. Wait 24 hours and observe the area before incorporating into your routine.

Bought this as this one has good reviews and recommendations. Unfortunately this does not suits my skin at all. I have being using this for almost two weeks .my skin looks very dry and also got breakouts. Probably not suitable for my skin. Waste of money. I should have keep using Centella toning toner which is really good.

Absolutely love this toner. I like the Tirtir one also (was sold out) this toner is very hydrating and makes my skin feel soft and supple.
SO SOFT.. it makes my skin glow and feel soft for the whole day. I love the packaging; it sort of reminds me of those old baby bottles toys lol.. but i absolutely love it.
