I even discovered that storing the tube in the refrigerator for a few hours before use maximises the cooling effect, and offers a layer of soothing comfort, especially during humid weather. 

Another thing I love about this product is its versatility. While it's marketed as a sleeping pack, I've found that it works equally well as a regular moisturiser that can be used in my morning skincare routine or even as a spot treatment for particularly irritated or dryer areas. This is great for people who have sensitive skin or cannot use sleeping masks.
