Another year, another chapter written together with our Beauties. From milestone celebrations to more record-breaking moments, 2025 was packed with glow-ups, gratitude and unforgettable memories. Shall we rewind and relive the highlights?
February
We kicked off 2025 by celebrating 9 years of HIKOCO, floating all the way up to ‘Cloud Nine’ ☁️ 6 days, 6 events and 6 merch drops - we dreamed big, and you made it even bigger! Not to mention the K-Beauty items that you basically stole from us 🤣 ‘Cloud $9 Week’ revealed 6 items you could buy for just $9!! Of course, each one sold out in a flash.
Very soon after our 9th birthday festivities, we revamped our K-Beauty Playground Loyalty Program, giving our Beauties more ways to earn, redeem, and feel extra loved every step of your glow-up journey. This marked the beginning of a more connected HIKOCO community than ever before!

Brand Week takes over, and unlike how we’ve EVER done it before! 31 days to spotlight the brands YOU love most! This year, we featured Medicube, SKIN1004, COSRX and VT Cosmetics. FREE Gift, new drops and giveaways - a surprise was waiting for you each week.

We all know what April is all about… HIKOCO Easter Sale - just one of the biggest sales of the year! But this year, it was more than a sale! We released MORE merch, more too-good-to-be-true deals with ‘Hoppy Hour’ to overflow your baskets with K-Beauty goodies.

One of our most exciting pop-ups to date, we launched Parnell… with a three-way collab. HIKOCO x Parnell x Tsujuri took over Takapuna for a weekend event, complete with FREE matcha pudding, vouchers, Parnell gifts. It was simply the most perfect way to experience K-Beauty - a true highlight of the year!

Our Beauties were experiencing a glow-up and so did our Queen Street store, channeling its own version of the Glamoratti aesthetic. It got chic-er to upgrade your shopping experiences that feels as luxe as your K-Beauty haul. Step inside to experience the bold side of HIKOCO.
We never thought this day would come, but when we’re releasing 6+ K-Beauty items like every week, outgrowing our warehouse was only a matter of time. And in 2025, the moment arrived! The Warehouse relocation was a massive effort, and a huge shoutout goes to our HI-Shipment team for making the move happen 🥹

For the 3rd year running, K-Beauty Week 2025 brought the ultimate challenge: Glow-cade! Beauties battled to reach the top tier and score the most freebies - who claimed the crown this year?
In our 3 retail stores, the Scoop-Off had players racing against the clock, scooping as many minis as possible before time ran out. The timer ran out FAST, but you scooped like pros! 👾

During the month of June & July, we were secretly working on our 2025 Advent Calendar baking up twelve sweet treats.
Months of planning, curating and dreaming came together in one unforgettable drop. October's release of ‘Bake Me Merry’ beat our 2024 pre-order record, selling out in just 47 minutes. We hope our Beauties enjoyed unboxing it with us 🎁
After the Advent Calendar Official Launch, we brought in the biggest shopping moment of the year with our Black Friday SALE. If you are in our Beauty Boss & HIKOCO VIB loyalty program tiers, you would have gotten early access to our most major sale!

We closed out 2025 with gifting galore! Let’s begin with our Christmas Raffle, one VERY lucky winner got the Medicube Age-R Booster Pro Raffle, just for making a purchase.
We didn’t forget about our year-end award ceremony, ‘HIKOCO Wrapped’ to applaud our TOP 10 Bestsellers 🥂 Our grand winner… Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream came with a surprise too. Those who claimed it, did you love the Relief Cream Mist?
We also squeezed in another pop-up to end the year, this time at Newmarket! Our HIKOCO x Boongs collab filled the air with freshly-made Bunggeoppang, entrancing you to try. Who got a chance to taste their Mugwort creation - packed to the brim with sweet & nutty Mugwort, red bean and chewy mochi - it’s a craving truly worth every bit! And let’s not forget our exclusive Mugwort Oat Latte, totally unbeatable too!

This year, your love didn’t just glow, it gave back! On International Dog Day, we joined forces with SPCA to support our friends with a $1068 donation, helping animals in need find care and comfort.
And just in time for the holidays, your generosity doubled! Every $1 of orders between December 18th-23rd contributed to our donation to Starship Foundation, making Christmas truly magical for those who need it most.
