During the sale period,

• In Store Pick Up' orders will be available for collection from April 22nd onwards.
• HIKOCO loyalty points, 'KOCO Points', cannot be accumulated nor will they be available to redeem.
• Complimentary samples will not be made available.
• Other promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction to the discounted price.

Additionally, for the products that were purchased during the sale period,

• Returns will not be accepted (i.e. change of mind) unless product is faulty.
• Exchanges will not be accepted (i.e. change of mind) unless product is faulty.
