Easy to use and tasty pomegranate flavour, but I find I definitely have to have it with food or drink otherwise I get a subtle fish-oil taste in the back of my throat afterwards

I am having second thoughts to continue this product since I just read on the box that it has ethanol as one of the ingredients. And Ethanol is not supposed to be ingested by people... its scary but I already purchased two boxes
