Cold winter days and working in a heated office space tends to try my skin out significantly! I put the Round Lab Soybean Panthenol Cream to the test in the hopes my dehydrated looking skin would glow again.

The Round Lab Soybean Panthenol Cream promises to deliver 120 hours of hydration with Black Soybean which made me think ‘wow, I need to try this!”. The moisturiser also promises transformative results for all skin types, particularly sensitive skin.

Soybean seed extract helps to balance your skin tone and reduces hyperpigmentation, while giving your skin amazing moisture.

This cream also features a blend of Panthenol and Squalene, each playing a role in hydrating your skin as it forms a protective barrier. It's also formulated with a combination of ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids which mirrors the natural structure of your skin! This ensures deep nourishment and hydration that actually lasts. 

What’s also really great about this moisturiser is that Round Lab have used an innovative double-layered niosome technology, to maximise the absorption of the key ingredients. They’ve shown that moisture loss was reduced by 27.75% after just 2 weeks! 

Personal Review

I’ve been using the moisturiser daily for the last few weeks, and have been really impressed with it’s rich creamy formula. It feels lovely to apply and for such a thick cream it absorbs surprisingly well, without any sticky residue. 

You have to let it absorb for a few minutes before applying make up, but it gives a really nice base to apply your makeup over. In the evening, I’ve been used this moisturiser followed by a face oil to really lock all the hydration. A little goes a long way too so the 80ml size is a great investment!

For such a gentle formula, it certainly worked very hard! My skin loved the instant hydration and I noticed a difference in the first few days of using it. It’s also a fragrance-free formula, so this is perfect for skin that’s easily irritated or if you’re sensitive to fragranced products. 

I think this is the perfect moisturiser if you’re searching for a luxurious and effective addition to your skincare routine. It definitely delivers on its promise of smooth, supple skin - I can see the improvement in my skin texture and the skin especially under my eyes looks hydrated and fresh!
